The therapeutic relationship is a sacred and invaluable dynamic that requires trust, intention, and care. Therapy is often a long-term journey, and working with a counselor who offers compassion, empathy, and honesty is essential to creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. I strive to provide an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and free to explore their concerns without judgment. For those who desire it, I integrate Christian counseling principles, allowing faith to serve as a source of strength, hope, and guidance within the therapeutic process.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Michigan State University and later completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayne State University. Since 2018, I've worked with adults, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dysfunction, spiritual growth and other life challenges. I am particularly passionate about supporting women as they build skills to navigate issues related to self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence. One quote that has remained with me over the years is, “Happiness is in the heart, not the circumstances.” I would be honored to walk alongside you as you seek healing, purpose, and the joy that comes from within.
